Is this a bid board or a lead list?
No. We don't hand you a list to work. We do the pursuit: pick the jobs, find the people, book the meetings, file the paperwork.
Where do the projects come from?
Public records only: state construction filings, city council and county agendas, incentive deals, rezonings, early permits and owner procurements. A person checks every project, every fact has a source, and estimates are labeled.
Which trades and metros?
Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, concrete, steel, glass, roofing, drywall, site work and GCs, in major US metros. Our deepest coverage today is Texas.
What counts as a meeting?
A scheduled call or sit-down with a GC's preconstruction team or an owner's decision-maker about a specific $10M+ project that fits your trade.
What if you don't book a meeting?
Then you don't pay. Nothing is charged until your first meeting is booked, and if there's no meeting in 30 days, you owe nothing.
